Here's how it works, it's simple as pie! Being specific helps us get you more money, so don't skimp here. :)

1. Count how may telephones you have total.
2. Seperate your phones by model.  Most phone systems will have bigger and smaller phones throughout. There is always a label on the bottom of the phone with the model number.  Take a note of how many of each model you have.
3. Next, open your cabinet / brain / phone system - usually this is a metal or plastic box with screws holding the cover closed.  Once you open it, you will see circuit cards inside.  DO NOT REMOVE A CARD WITH POWER APPLIED TO THE PHONE SYSTEM!!!!  I mean it :)
4. Each card will have tabs holding it the cabinet, and in most cases the model is listed right on the tab. Some cards need to be removed to see the model number written on the card.  Write them all down, including the power supply if you see one.
5. On the outside of the cabinet / brain / phone system, you will also find a modeil number, write it down too.
